Don’ts:                                    Do’s:

No Pasta                  Leafy salad, fresh or frozen vegetables (EXCEPT POTATO), fresh fruit

No Potato                Grilled or broiled chicken, fish, pork or beef.

No Bread                 Brown rice or oatmeal

No Sweets               Drink water instead of sodas:

   Try to drink ½ your weight in ounces of water
